ROOM RATES

Rates Policy

1. The 18th Apartment reserves the right to change its policies & prices without prior notice.
2. The 18th Apartment reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
3. Rates also available for short-term stay and long-term stay. Please contact us for more details.
4. All promotion or other condition of rates or bonus related to this Lease/Rental agreement must be backed-rate,
if Lessee / Tenant violates any conditions / any addendums / any amendments within the agreement.

***How to reserve a room***

1. Send photo of ID card or Passport of lessee
2. Minimum for make a reservation :
  2.1. At least 5,000.-Baht and pay a remian expense within 7 days from the reservation day and before move in.
  2.2. total of the deposit and pay a remian expense  before/on move in day.
  (If lessee will not pay a remian expense before/on move in day, 5,000.-Baht will not be return to lessee.)
3. After complete the payment process, we will send a reservation document and receipt to you via e-mail.
 

Smoking Policy

Please note, that our Hotel is a Non-Smoking Hotel and it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms.
If you wish to smoke, please use the balconies and smoking areas provided by the hotel. Thank you for your kind cooperation.

Maximum residents

Max. 3 persons for Studio Deluxe room, Asian Suite room, New Eclectic Suite room and Indigo Suite room.
Max. 6 persons for Grand Deluxe Suite room.
(Guests over 11 years old are considered as adults)

Check in & Check out

Check in time & Check out time : between office hour since 8:30hrs till 17:00hrs only.
