The 18th is only 100 meters from the entrance of Soi Narathiwas Ratchanakarin 18, just a 3 minute walk from Chan Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Station. Take BTS and get off at Chongnonsi Station, then walk for 2-3 mins via sky walk to transfer to the BRT at Sathorn Station. You can check in and check out at any time during the office hours at 8.30 hrs. to 17.00 hrs. (Mon. - Fri.). In addition, an appointment can be made in advance upon your convenience.

We are NON-SMOKING apartment. However, you may smoke in designated smoking areas.

The other residents may have allergies and we try to provide an antigen-free environment, therefore we do not allow pets.

Laundry and housekeeping services are not included in a rent. However, we can arrange a cleaning service at an additional cost. The laundry service is also available on the ground floor.

Parking space is limited. Residents should bring the license plate number of their visitors vehicle and we will issue a temporary permit. Without the permission, they will be charged for parking during our enforcement hours.

On a top floor, you can relax and pamper yourself after a hard day at roof garden, fitness center and recreational area with pingpong table.

A maximum of only 3 occupants are permitted to stay in a regular Suite and a maximum of only 6 occupants are permitted to stay in a Grand Suite. Extra beds are not provided.
